Past Glory Of Kaduna Trade Fair Will Be Restored – DG KACCIMA

Determined to restore the past glory of Kaduna trade fair, the Director General, Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Mines and Agriculture, Alhaji Usman Saulawa said that plans have been concluded to embark on tour and consultations with companies that no longer participate in the trade fair with a view to ensure their future participation.
Speaking to newsmen in Kaduna, he expressed joy that this year’s trade fair has recorded tremendous achievement in the number of participating companies and members of the general public.
He explained, “This year alone, we have witnessed a great number of companies that have hitherto taken a long time without showing their presence in the trade fair but we are pleased that this year they are with us participating fully.”
He said since the commencement of the trade fair, series of activities have been going on with a view of ensuring better understanding among various organisations towards looking for ways to enhance economic activities in the country.
The Director General explained that on Monday, there was a seminar that seek to discuss ways of better understanding of business activities, assuring that there was massive participation from participants from all walks of life.
On Tuesday, he added, there was discussion on various issues that affects the economy with a view of finding better ways to enhance business activities that would carry individuals and organisations to greater heights.
In the area of health, he explained that a lot has been done with series of sensitization to make people aware of what is needed of them and how to go about their normal activities without becoming victims of any disease.
He assured that next year’s trade fair would be better organized with more organisations coming to fully participate.
