Northerners Must Do away with Religious, Tribal Sentiments if, Hon Dauda Nyampa.

Hon. Zakaria Dauda Nyampa, Representing Madagali/Michika Federal Constituency at the National Assembly yesterday called on Northerners to eschew religious bigotry and to ignore tribal cum ethnic chauvinism if the region called Northern Nigetia is to make meaningful progress.
Answering questions from National Assembly correspondents, Hon.Dauda Nyampa noted that the North is confronted with many forms of issues ranging from insecurity, unemployment, economic backwardness and high rate of illiteracy .
He added that these problems can only be solved if Northerners put aside religious and ethnic difference and come together to harness their potentials .
The law maker then appeal to all stakeholders in the North to join hands together to ensue the development of the region .
Reacting to The reelection of Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza as the Chairman of Christian Association of Nigetia, CAN, Adamawa branch, Hon Nyampa described the Bishop as an honest man and a man who has the genuine interest of both Christians and Muslims at heart.
“I am not surprised that Bishop Mamza was reflected as Chairman of Adamawa State CAN,
” he has worked selflessly for the entire people of Adamawa and so he is only being reciprocated for his good works”, the law maker said.
On his part, the chairman youth wing Congres of Northern Nigerian Christian Engineer Daniel David Kadzai described the chairman as promise keeper and man who embrace every body at all times and a honest leader, prayed that he will use his second time in office to reunite Christian and musulm in the state and county at large.
