Liberian Man 60 attempted murder of woman 34

A 60-year-old man identify as Joseph Matthew has been arrested for attempted murder of a female Town Chief of Gbonkor Village, in Bomi County.

Speaking to the Liberia News Agency Thursday, old man Joseph Matthew said he was paid by a police officer identify as Richard Barkolleh to killed Madam Konah Freeman with a digger in Gbonkor Village, Bomi County.

Old man Joseph Matthew disclosed that officer Richard Barkolleh is an assigned police Commander of Sackie town near Gbonkor Village in Bomi County.

Old man Joseph Matthew admitted of being guilty before the Liberia National Police in Tubmanburg, Bomi County and seek Government intervention.

The Sixty years old man told news men that he was paid eight hundred Eight hundred United States dollars to killed Madam Konah Freeman.

Also Speaking in an interview with LINA, victim Konah Freeman said she and old man Joseph Matthew had never had internal conflict between them.

I got wounded on my head two different places and loose lot of blood” Shae said.

Meanwhile police report shows that old man Joseph Matthew has been charged for attempted murder and attempted man slotter by members of the Liberia National Police in Bomi awaiting court trial.
