Fast rising Ghanaian dance hall musician J Derobie born Derrick Obobbie Junior has disclosed he used to watch Ghana meets Naija on TV but he is representing live on stage this year.

In a post sighted by Christopher A. Ranson on facebook, the musician said and I quote
“I used to watch Ghana Meets Naija on TV but this year, we representing live on stage… Saturday, 8th June 2019 at the AICC.. Get your tickets let’s spoil the night 🔥🔥

This is how the musician expressed his excitement of been part of this year’s Ghana meets Naija event.

J Derobie was among the few chosen for a project launched by Mr Eazi which was named the EMPAWA 100 project and promised to shoot music videos for 100 upcoming artists who were chosen. His song “Poverty” was his breakthrough.

The musician is undoubtedly one of the best young dance hall acts in Africa and the world as a whole.
