BUSINESS MAN ACCUSES TECHIMAN DIVISIONAL POLICE COMMANDER FOR FAILURE TO ACT ON THE RULE OF LAW

A Businessman and CEO of Evame Motors – Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region, Mr Kwadwo Adjei has accused the Techiman Divisional Police commander Supt.Twumasi Ankrah for not acting based on the rule of law of Ghana.

Speaking to journalists Via telephone interview, Mr Adjei accused the commander for allowing a KIA truck to load some motor bikes and their car after one Jacob Agogo told the commander that he had won a court case to allow him take the said motor parts which is serving as an exhibit and the case pending before Wenchi High court, where Jacob Agogo and one Ishahaku have been accused of swindling him(Kwadwo Adjei) based on this around 2:00pm yesterday, Agogo told the commander that he had won a court case in Wenchi and therefore have to take the motor parts away.

After hearing that a KIA has loaded the motor parts Adjei confronted the commander and after a heated argument the motor parts were off loaded and parked at the divinal headquarters.

Mr Adjei have therefore petitioned the Attorney General and the Chief Justice on the said issue.
