Ahead Of Supreme Court Hearing, Dr.Sani Warns Justices Not To Turn Their Backs On The Truth .

The Founder and Director General of Deservation.Org, Dr.Sani Adamu has raised an alarm that the judiciary is gradually being comprised by the government of President Muhammad Buhari.
Dr.Sani made his feelings known yesterday evening immediately after it was announced that the Supreme Court would commence hearing of the appeal filed by the Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar .
According to him, “Any list released by the Chief Justice of Nigeria,  Ibrahim Tanko  Muhammed which deviates from  the 40 years grand norm of the Supreme Court will be lacking in credibility and be totally rejected by the good people of Nigeria”
” We are ready to safeguard our democracy and we shall not allowed any single individual to toy with the most sacred institution of justice on earth, similarly we will not allow the mandate freely given to Atiku Abubakar to be tampered with”.
Don’t turn your backs on the truth, Sani warns Supreme court judges
He further explained that he had had his doubts long ago when it took the chief justice of Nigeria a long time  to announce names of judges who will decide on  appeal filed by Atiku at the Supreme court .
This according to him “may not be unconnected with the facts that they were looking for the right people who would do a hatchet job for the All Progress Congress, APC”.
“My fears have been confirmed by the revelation made by Timi Frank Jr that the CJN bypassed some judges to elect those he deemed fit to hear the Atiku appeal.”
“This contravention by the CJN is a travesty of justice and will not be allowed to stand” , he added .
Dr Sani further called on the Chief Justice of the federation and the judges not to turn their backs on the truth and the overwhelming evidences that Atiku won the 2019 Presidential election.
“I call on the CJN and justice of Supreme Court of Nigeria not to turn their backs on the truth and the glaring evidences that pointed to Atiku as the winner of the 2019 election
